- Lost order

Your shipment is prepared with the utmost care. If you receive damaged goods, we will gladly exchange the product (s) concerned for free. Thus, we invite you to refer to the section Terms and conditions.

 - Unsuccessful delivery

In the case of an unsuccessful delivery by the carrier, it returns the products. Return shipping costs and standard shipping charges are non-refundable. The order will be refunded less the delivery costs.
