Yes. We are now offering the option to pre-order some with a later release date. All you have to do is select the product (identified as being in pre-order) and complete the transaction. We will contact you for delivery (at home or in-store pickup) upon arrival of the product in our warehouse.

First, you maximize your chances of getting the product, because in the event that we receive too little of it, pre-orders will take priority over all reservations (on a first-come-first-served basis). Also, you make sure through the pre-order that you get our lowest price. We often advertise preorders at a price slightly lower than the manufacturer's suggested retail price, but the price is normally adjusted upon receipt of the product in the warehouse.

Yes. It is now possible to pick up an order online in your favorite store. To do this, you will need to select Collect in store in the delivery options when completing your purchase and select the store of your choice. 

In all cases, you have to wait to be contacted before picking up your order at the store. If all of the items in your order appear to be available at the store where you wish to pick it up, you should normally be contacted within 24 hours. If we need to transfer one or more items to your store, it can take up to 4 business days.

Standard cost of $ 10.00 for delivery in Quebec and $ 12.00 elsewhere in Canada are applicable for delivery at home. In addition, we offer free delivery in Quebec (with an exception for some oversized items and remote regions, for example the Far North of Quebec) on any order of $ 59.00 before taxes and in the rest of Canada with 100 .00 $ before taxes. Express delivery (1 to 2 business days) is available at an additional cost of $ 15. For institutional customers who receive a global discount, free shipping will only be available for orders of $ 100 and over.
